Embrace Yours Truly
It is easy to overlook how important you are to your life. Embrace Yours Truly is a show about full immersion into our ability to connect with our curiosity, vulnerability, courage, and honesty. Jordan tackles the conversations we do not want to have with ourselves. She digs into the raw unfiltered emotions we all have, as we discover who we really are. This podcast goes beyond personal development and self-talk, it is about nurturing our self-knowing. Episodes go out every *Monday* and range from 10-40 minutes. They are jam-packed with thought-provoking concepts that will help you get to know yourself better and cultivate the most essential relationship in your life. Host notes: “Whether you are an off-grid adventurer, a competitive athlete, or a parent of two, I bet that you are exploring or restoring who you are. I wanted to create a space where I could invite anyone willing to explore how they are personally and emotionally navigating their life.”Jordan unpacks the complexity of our human experiences, by leading with self-knowing as the center topic. “I don’t want to tell people how they should live, my goal is to inspire people to invest in themselves and embrace the most unique gift we have been given, which is our relationship to self.”

Today I talk about the power that came from writing a letter to my younger self. If you are anything like me, acknowledging old parts of you can be extremely challenging. Whether they bring up embarrassment, fear, anger, or sadness now may be the time to unload those feelings you’ve been carrying.
Remember we are the creator of our own life, no one can tell us differently. At some point, we must give ourselves permission to change.
